TERMS OF SALE & GUARANTEE
Every plant listed in our price list will not necessarily be available year-round. Due to
the seasonality of our business, some items listed may be sold out at times. Some
additional items not listed will also be available. Please ask if you are looking for a
specific variety not listed here. Plant sizes may also vary during the season. Prices
are subject to change without notice. We guarantee our plants to be true to name and
variety, BUT cannot guarantee livability after they leave our premises due to conditions
beyond our control.
CONTRACT GROWING
Inquiries about contract growing of plants or sizes not listed in our catalogue are always
welcome. Custom contract grow orders require an advance 25% deposit. Custom grow
orders that we hold over 45 days past the scheduled delivery date, may be subject to a
10% holding and plant maintenance fee.
CREDIT POLICY
Charges are allowed to firms with established credit only. A credit application will be
sent upon request. All sales on your credit account are net 30 days from invoice date
with a 1.5% finance charge assessed per month thereafter. On any account which
shows invoices over 60 days, we reserve the right to terminate credit privileges
and revert back to a C.O.D. basis until the account is once again current. The
entire account balance will be due at that time. Payment received on account will be
credited to finance charges first, then to invoice in date order. Monthly statements
are sent which reflect finance charges and account status. Please remember that
credit is a privilege.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check, and Cash.
*THERE WILL BE A $25.00 CHARGE ON ANY CHECK RETURNED BY YOUR BANK.
RESTOCKING FEE
We understand that needs change for various reasons. Order cancellations, order
changes, and shipping date changes made after an order has been assembled will be
subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the cancelled items.

We grow our plants in the following plant sizes:
1 pints - 18 per flat
1 quart - 15 per flat
1 gallon - 6 per flat or sold individually
2 gallon - sold individually
3 gallon - sold individually
3 gallon RootmakerTM - sold individually
5 gallon - sold individually
7 gallon - sold individually
12" RootmakerTM Field Bag - sold individually
Additional Costs for less than full flat quantities of quart or pint size pots.
For orders of less than a full flat quantity there will be a $0.40 per plant surcharge.

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., call for current Saturday hours
Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
